An optimiser you can argue with
The optimiser is deterministic maths, not AI vibes: the same inputs always produce the same answer, and you can re-run it to prove it. Every recommendation ships with plain-language reasons — including what keeping a Program would displace — and every applied run lands in an append-only audit ledger.
Immutability the database enforces
Board packs are frozen snapshots that no client role can update. Decision records lock on the final outcome, and the optimiser, import, and sync ledgers refuse edits at the database grant layer. The audit chain is a property of the schema, not a promise in prose.
Works with AI switched off
Ranking, optimisation, capacity feasibility, and the full board-pack pipeline are deterministic and run without any AI key. AI narratives are an optional writing layer on top — and every AI-generated output is labelled as such, so you always know which words came from where.
